So many things to say about me. Let’s start with the basics; I live on the front range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and I have lived here all my life. I enjoy many of the things you might expect of a Colorado native, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing. All of these past-times put me outdoors in a beautiful environment, just begging to be photographed. Although much of my focus has turned to nature and landscape photography, my photographic roots lie with what many consider an unlikely subject; railroads. My best friend and I spent many years taking pictures of the railroads that run through Colorado and Utah, all the while discovering our own photographic talents and individual styles. To this day, I am still discovering techniques and methods that I never knew existed, and with the progression of digital photography, I am sure so much more is to come.
